Chargesheet is based on scientific study: Government informs HC in Vengaivayal case

Madurai: In the Vengaivayal case, the charge sheet was filed only after scientific testing. In this case, 196 mobile phones and 87 mobile phone towers were examined, the government has informed the Madurai branch of the High Court.
