TVK Leader and Actor Vijay Visits Home of Ajithkumar, the Temple Guard Who Died in Custody
Vijay, actor and leader of the Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK), personally visited the home of Ajithkumar, the temple guard from Madappuram Bathrakaliamman Temple in Tiruppuvanam, who tragically died after allegedly being beaten by the police.
The incident, which shook the entire state of Tamil Nadu in recent days, has now caught nationwide attention.
In this situation, Vijay met Ajithkumar’s mother and younger brother, offering them his condolences and emotional support. He assured them:
“Don’t worry, I will stand by you until justice is delivered”
In addition to his visit, Vijay also provided ₹2 lakh in cash as financial support to the grieving family. He placed a garland and offered flowers at the photograph of Ajithkumar displayed there.
It is reported that more actors may visit the family in the coming days.
